Managers
Educations and workshops are designed to give managers an overview of Lean (Six Sigma) thinking and managing. They will also learn how to support their staffs' engagement in recognizing, developing and delivering more with less.
Employees
Education and workships are designed to educate employees about Lean Six Sigma and how LSS methods benefit their customers, their organization, their department and, ultimately, them. They will learn how to deliver more with less by focusing on customer centric outcomes. They will learn that through their full engagement in cross-functional solutions, their organization will be more innovative, resilient and profitable, increasing organizational success and their own job satisfaction. The workshops will teach them how to, on a daily basis, recognize and eliminate unproductive practices (Non Value-Added activities) and help develop and provide more Value-Added solutions to their department and ultimately to end customers.
